Singapore, Singapore, Responsibilities Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives in support of our overall strategic marketing plan Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Increase brand awareness Qualifications for Marketing Manager Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results Exposure to digital marketing Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails Strong project management skills Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking Ability to travel as necessary Strong desire to learn along with professional drive Solid understanding of different marketing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in Financial services
